New York City-based MC and producer Roc Marciano is known for his sombre, often drumless beats and stream-of-consciousness, highly stylised lyrics. He formed the short-lived rap group the U.N. in the early 2000s. In 2010, the rapper received huge appreciation from the rap scene for his self-produced album Marcberg’. Since then, Marci has been the uncrowned king of underground hip-hop.
Earlier this year, he released his latest album Marciology’. Even in after 11 projects of his own since 2010, he always manages to refine his music. Roc has ze soul of an OG rapper, but knows how to evolve with the times like no other. Whether he's rapping about the Bible, or someone's aunt he's been to bed with; Roc Marciano just has it.
