The legendary MURS, alias of LA icon Nicholas Carter, is stopping off in Brussels during his latest tour. His name an acronym with multiple self-invented meanings, from Making the Universe Recognize and Submit to Making Underground Raw Shit says it all: MURS stands for uncompromising creativity and idiosyncratic hip hop.
Since the early 2000s, he has been a fixture on the West Coast underground scene, renowned for his sharp lyrics, compelling stories, and fearless authenticity. Through collaborations with 9th Wonder, Tech N9ne, and Living Legends, he has built an impressive body of work that transcends genres and generations. During his farewell tour, MURS brings his raw energy and sharp pen to the VK stage. A celebration of more than twenty years of hip-hop history.
